Andy Duncan

"A South Carolina native, he worked in newspapers for seven years before earning an M.A. in creative writing
 at North Carolina State University (1995) and an M.F.A. in fiction writing at the University of Alabama (2000). He is assistant director of student media at the University of Alabama, where he advises the campus yearbook and literary magazine and directs the Alabama Scholastic Press Association.
