John O. Northrop
Author John Northrop is executive director of the Alabama School of Fine Arts and a former reporter for The Birmingham News and The Birmingham Post-Herald. As a newspaper reporter in the 1970s, he covered a story similar to the one depicted in Mayor Todd. This is Northrop’s first play.
